OUR COACHING APPROACH
Typical coaching engagements last between 6 to 12 months depending on the required client outcomes, at the outset of the engagement we build a tailored plan for each prospect based on interviews with the individual but also a 360 feedback loop from peers, superiors, and subordinates. This allows a rounded view of the executive to emerge and genuine support to be offered.
We focus on a leader’s existing strengths whilst coming up with practical solutions to minimise any weaknesses.
